OUR VEGETABLE GARDEN
The particular terrain and climate of the Karst allow us to cultivate a truly vast variety of vegetables:
• radicchio from Trieste,
• lettuce,
• cabbage,
• Savoy cabbage,
• lettuce;

and aromatic plants:
• Marjoram,
• oregano,
• basil,
• savoury,
• parsley
• and our pride: the white-red currant.


THE ORCHARD

We have planted fruit trees to offer fresh fruit and delicious jams, juices and syrups. Many delights of our production, created by taking up and enhancing the agricultural productions which allow us to offer all the unique aromas and flavours of our land.

Our lavender, fragrant and beautiful!


In the months of June and July we provide for the collection of lavender and the packaging of the bunches.


Our lavender brings a pleasant note to homes and gives linen a pleasant and clean feeling of flowers.


With lavender flowers we make a series of gift items.
